Orders

When you submit an order via this website you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods for the stated price. You are required at the time to provide us with accurate and complete information. We are not bound to agree to your offer.

If we do agree to your offer you will receive confirmation by email that your order has been successful. You will receive further email notifications of fulfilment as the order proceeds.

If due to a system error and item shows in stock but in fact is not, then we will make all reasonable attempts to have this stock replenished within 14 days. However you retain the absolute right to cancel the order and obtain a full refund until such time as the order is shipped to you.

Returns

There is a return policy available for your to read on this site. However please note that refunds will only be made in the following circumstances:

1. The product arrives damaged. We will refund you the whole cost as well as any shipping costs required for the return.
2. The product is incompatible or does not work as intended. If this is due to a manufacturing defect or the incorrect product being sent by us then you will be entitled to a full refund including any shipping costs that may be required for the return.
3. You change your mind. If you change your mind you may return the product providing it is in it's original packaging and still sealed and suitable for sale. In this instance we will refund you the cost of the item but not the shipping costs (neither those costs for us sending it to you, nor the costs of sending it back)

Postage

Postage costs may change from time to time without notice. However if a purchase has already been made then we will post for the charge agreed at the time of the sale.

Prices

Prices are stated clearly with each product. Prices will be subject to change from time to time without further notice. However, if you have already purchased then the price at the time of the purchase will remain in force whether that price was lower or higher.

Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to shipping within 24 hours of your order being placed, providing that your order is placed on Sunday through to Thursday. Friday and Saturday orders will be sent on the following business day. 

We use Australia Post amongst other couriers for delivery. In some cases shipping can exceed standard guidelines through no fault our own. In this instance you should report the delay and we will open an investigation with the relevant carrier.

In the case that you supply an incorrect or old address leading to the loss of a delivery, we will not be responsible for any cost nor replacement nor to cancel the order nor to refund any part of the order.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible to shipping exceeding those estimates providing that we delivered the parcel unto the shipper in accordance with our time scales.

2. Ausics Ltd is a reseller. We are not liable for any claims, statements or inaccuracies of information made by any supplier. We will however mediate such concerns if required.
3. Ausics Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage whether direct or indirectly caused by a supplied water filter or other product on this site. We are a reseller only. However any issues should be brought to our attention in the first instance in order that we may approach the supplier for swift resolution.
